The NH Research 4700 Series High Current DC Electronic Loads are designed for a wide variety of electronic loading from either within an automatic test station or as a stand-alone, bench-top set-up. The Loads are particularly well suited for testing applications that require a full current at low voltages, fast transient simulation capability and comprehensive internal measurements.

The High Current DC Electronic Loads (4700 Series) are used in a wide variety of applications that involve automated testing of power conversion device outputs to simulate real-world loading conditions.

The 4700 van be operated manually through the large tough panel enabled GUI or automatically through a remote controller and any number of standard test programming languages. Type cal applications include the testing of power conversion- storage products such as DC power supplies, telecom rectifiers, fuel cells and batteries.

 

 

Precision Internal Measurements


The High Current 4700 DC Electronic Loads eliminate the need for separate external instruments such as a DMM, Power Meter or DSO to make precision measurements and display wavevorms. Especially valuble ate dynamic timing measurements such as Rise-Time, Turn-On-Time, Settle-Time and overshoot. Built-in measurements provide faster testing throughput in additional to the initial cost ans savings gained by eliminating external measurement instruments.

 

 

Auto Mode


The High Current DC Electronic Load contains a unique Auto Mode that provides glitch-less automatic switching between CR, CC, CV and CP limits. This enable more realistic test scenarios and better protection of the DUT.
