EMF Directive 2013/35/EU

2013/35/EU directive

New European Directive mandatory as of July 2016

Very recent the new Electromagnetic Field Directive 2013/35/EU came into effect. From this date employers are responsible for their employees with respect to minimum requirements for exposure to Electromagnetic Fields.  The Directive sets limits for exposure to electric, magnetic, and electromagnetic fields with frequencies between 0 Hz and 300 GHz.

By law employers will have to produce a ‘Risk Assessment’ providing evidence of levels determined by measurements or calculations to ensure they meet the specified limits and are not exposing their employees to any risks.

How can we help?
